With 20+ years of hands-on leadership in talent development, change management and organizational development, I know what it takes to shift the leadership mindset. That means leaders must be champions for creating inclusive workplaces. I weave together systems to integrate employee experience, performance management and organizational culture so that each person can bring their full selves to work every day. As a facilitative leader, I partner with management to get to the heart of the values and talents that drive operational excellence and build leadership capacity to manage their teams with intention and integrity. Whether coaching leaders internally or as an executive coach, I am a catalyst to move leaders to their next level of personal, professional and organizational success. Together, we focus on practices to engage our emotional and spiritual intelligence to be mindful and in the present - to live with purpose, to live in joy.
