I have the skills to plan and organise my workload by manging my time, completing priorities in a structure way to meet deadlines and targets. With extensive customer liaison experience, I have learnt to present information and improve understanding verbally and in writing, influence outcome by communicating in an effective way by considering the audience. By using appropriate interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with co-worker and external teams I have the confidence to develop and create a positive team working environment by sharing ideas having a genuine value of colleagues input and actively listening to their ideas. I am responsible for my own actions and seeing tasks through to the end. I hold my self-accountable to policies and procedures and with a drive to self-develop I seek constructive feedback to develop and further my career.
