With over 20 years of experience in retail and 12 of those in the optical industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Warby Parker, where I source and hire employed and independent optometrists for our growing network of stores. I am also a certified NLP Master Practitioner and an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and I leverage these skills to coach and empower individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals. As a moderator for Warby Parker's OD Fireside Chats, I facilitate engaging and informative conversations with industry experts and leaders, and I also represent Warby Parker at optometric schools and events, building strong relationships with candidates and partners. I have a proven track record of managing the full-lifecycle interview process, improving the candidate experience, and assisting in the transition of candidates from hiring to onboarding.
