About Reginald Cotton

I was born for this, partnering with, guiding & inspiring my clients to achieve their goals. Truth is, I might have kept doing what I do for no charge, until I found the Coaching and Training paths to leave a legacy for my family. My unconventional journey through personal development into professional relevance is proving to help make empathetic connections with clients. To date, I have trained with just over one thousand (and counting) emerging leaders ranging from private industry, government, and non-profit organizations. My methods in Leadership and Training have been cultivated through two Air Force enlistments, a ten-year ministry based personal progression and development plus clinical preparation and practice in the field of addictions counseling. These days I am responding to nationwide requests to “work” with individuals and teams at their locations, achieving goals they didn’t think to be so easily achieved.
