About Renae Johnson

I help people navigate complex systems by bringing clarity, structure, and a welcoming learning environment. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of training, onboarding, program coordination, and customer-facing roles across corporate, higher education, and operational environments. I enjoy translating complex processes into clear guidance that helps people move forward with confidence. A consistent thread in my work is creating environments where people feel seen, comfortable asking questions, and supported as they learn. Whether guiding new employees through unfamiliar systems, designing and organizing onboarding and learning experiences, or representing organizations in community settings, I naturally build trust and connection with the people I serve. I also tend to notice opportunities to improve processes and often develop guides, documentation, or structures that make systems easier for others to navigate. My work combines systems thinking, human-centered learning, and program coordination — helping both people and organizations succeed.
