About Renata Constable

As an adult learning specialist and professional coach, I design and facilitate professional development programs that blend adult learning principles, neuroscience research, and coaching methodologies. My focus is on driving behavioural change, helping individuals not only acquire new skills but also transform their behaviours to reach their full potential. With over 25 years of experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors, I’ve worked in industries such as advertising, PR, marketing, and people development in the non-profit sector. This diverse background has shaped my ability to drive performance, foster inclusive cultures, and engage learners in meaningful, sustainable ways. One of my proudest accomplishments was at Communitas International, where I revitalized a struggling youth program. I revamped the outdated curriculum and introduced engaging, relevant content that was embraced by volunteers and youth alike. This new curriculum expanded across multiple locations, positively impacting hundreds of individuals. In my current role, I work with new Canadians, guiding their transition into the Canadian workforce. By revising and updating program content, I helped shift the focus to a more learner-centred approach, resulting in more impactful and relevant training for international professionals. My expertise spans team engagement, leadership coaching, performance coaching, and dynamic facilitation. I take a strengths-based approach, using my top strengths: Belief, Intellection, Strategic, Futuristic, and Relator to foster creativity, innovation, and growth in individuals and teams. I build strong rapport across all levels of an organization, resulting in 100% customer satisfaction. My journey has shaped my professional approach. Overcoming emotional abuse, depression, and anxiety, I found confidence through self-acceptance, which fuels my commitment to helping others break through their limitations. I am passionate about combining my ongoing learning in neuroscience, mindfulness, and behavioural change to empower individuals to reach their fullest potential.
