About Renee Servinsky

With a unique mix of marketing, client management, and sales experience, I understand the importance of delivering results. I began my career at Marriott International because I was drawn to the organization’s Spirit to Serve culture. There, I spent six years developing skills in business development, sales, and global account management. I enjoyed the balance of solving my client’s event and meeting needs while also exceeding my sales goals. My success came in part from developing genuine business relationships with my clients based on trust and providing exceptional customer service. After moving abroad to the Philippines for nearly a year, I came back ready to take on a new challenge. I joined Hinge, a professional services marketing agency where I worked on a variety of online and offline marketing tactics for both Hinge and clients. My roles included developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing key marketing metrics in Google Analytics, managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+) and increasing the online presence of organizations by distributing their content across a variety of publications. After taking time off to stay home with my sons, I re-entered the workforce as a substitute teacher! 3 years into it, I was ready for more. After doing some ad hoc social media and website improvements for almost two years at RCR Consulting, I am now the Chief Hype Officer aka our company’s biggest internal and external cheerleader. My responsibilities include overseeing our marketing department, managing our sales pipeline, building and maintaining relationship with our current clients, celebrating our team, and planning our remote events. But let’s be honest, this is a small business, so I’m “here there everywhere” as I say. It’s really exciting to be a part of an ever-growing team of talented people, with one of the best leaders I’ve ever seen at the helm.
