I have a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and previously held a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.My core competencies include client relationship management, benefits administration, critical thinking and problem solving, project management, and report generation and analysis. I facilitate client meetings, utilize reports to analyze data and trends, work closely with internal partners to streamline processes, and manage and direct client services team members. I have successfully implemented multiple new employer groups and created standard operating procedures for designated clients.
