Director of The OFL Catering Company Ltd, The OFL Catering Company Ltd is one of the leading food truck operators in Ireland. Our food trucks have been situated in some of Ireland’s most popular and respected venues such as Kildare Village. We promise to deliver an amazing experience through our fun brands, unique and trendy menu’s, beautiful food trucks and our highly qualified team. Growing up in a business-minded environment, going to a good school and having a father who started from the bottom, set me up with all I needed to succeed - Discipline, dedication, a vision and a clear plan to make my visions come true. Since starting The OFL Catering Company Ltd in 2017 at the age of 19, I have grown a simple idea into the countries most respected mobile catering company in less than 10 months and now deal with some of the countries largest corporations. The company has quadrupled in size with no plans to stop soon and constant opportunities coming around the corner. I will keep growing until I am in a place to drive positive change in the world. I do believe entrepreneurs are the backbone and that it is entrepreneurs that create the idea’s that will make the positive changes we need. I take a huge interest in ocean conservation, Water conservation and Animal rights and hope to establish a non-profit foundation under what will be The OFL group - setting up businesses with a clear goal that will make a positive difference in the world. The two people I would look up to are my father and Elon Musk and his companies, especially Space X. I am currently working on being the best version of myself in what I believe to be the most important aspects of life - Discipline, Honesty & Organisation.
