Background

About Rich Capoccia

Since early in my career, I have been involved with youth. I enjoyed my time as a lifeguard and swimming instructor which directed me into teaching. Besides teaching, my interests remained in swimming and ice skating. While teaching, i stayed involved in managing ice skating rinks on a part time basis and swimming pools in the summer. Currently as a manager of an ice rink, I have the opportunity to be involved with the young hockey players and their families, as well as the public. In my last two management positions, my goal was to turn around the attitude of the current employees with the customers. In the short time that I was there, I feel that the relationship with the public and the youth hockey organizations has greatly improved. I received an award from my company on customer satisfaction and professionalism. This was through questionnaires and emails to the company by many of their customers. In my employment I have always been a positive role model and representative of my employer.
