I lead enforcement actions, influence national policy, and deliver key workstreams such as cladding remediation with a consistent focus on protecting residents and improving delivery. I have an in depth knowledge of the submissions requirements for the BSR. I’m a Chartered Building Engineer with 20+ years experience spanning building safety regulation, building control, and property operations. With 17 years as a Building Control Officer, I offer hands-on expertise in construction standards, design compliance, and building pathology. I held a senior leadership position at ZX Digital, where I directed both property management operations and digital platform strategy, advising the CEO on investment and compliance while managing residential portfolios. Overseeing remedial works, property risks, tenant needs, and how to bridge commercial and legal requirements. At BSR, I lead the cladding remediation workstream, where I introduced streamlined assessment tools and reporting protocols reducing turnaround times while improving consistency.
