About Richard McBride

Over the past 3 years, the global mobility industry has gone through an unprecedented period of disruption, and global mobility professionals are being stretched further than ever. • 93% of accountants believe that clients have paid more tax than they need when processing shadow payroll each month. • 43% have clients who have been fined due to shadow payroll miscalculations • 47% anticipate shadow payroll becoming an increasing challenge for their clients over the next three years Global mobility professionals must adopt technology to manage workload, save costs and improve employee experience. This is why I founded Certino, the world’s first SPaaS (“Shadow Payroll as a Service”) solution, offering timely, accurate and cost-efficient shadow payroll calculations through our intuitive web application or API integration. Tax, global payroll and mobility service providers all use the Certino platform to calculate real-time monthly calculations, not estimates, returned in a format required for local payroll, integrating with ease into the existing payroll process.
