Naast mijn werkzaamheden deel genomen aan diverse Lean Six sigma projecten en kleine Lean projecten zelfstandig geïmplementeerd. In 2017 had ik een tijdelijke functie als teamleader waarbij mijn ervaring als Leanbelt goed van pas kwam om processen te optimaliseren door alle waste eruit te halen en een cultuur te creëeren waarbij het streven is de kwaliteit en veiligheid te verbeteren, kosten laag houden door het maximale uit de werknemers te halen waarbij eigenaarschap een grote rol speelt. Mijn huidige functie was Power Plant Mechanic CF6-80C2/80E1 waarbij ik samen met een Team aan Gasturbines werk van diverse klanten. Complexe processen die ik ondersteun met mijn Yellow belt training die ik dit jaar heb gevolgd en met succes. Heb een half jaar ondersteuning gegeven aan Fleet Management waarbij ik vooral technische ondersteuning gaf en aanspreekpunt voor Lessors en documentatie. Op dit moment werk ik als Safety Compliance medewerker ter ondersteuning om bevindingen van in/externe audits op te pakken zodat we voldoen aan de eisen die zijn opgesteld.
