I have a proven track record in generating New Business, and growing existing, through strong negotiation and relationship building skills with key decision makers. With a passion for developing successful teams and delivering growth through performance, I have excelled working in a team environment. This has been a benchmark for my personal success dating back to my youth. I have made a considered effort to develop my career, and grow my capability, by making strategic role placements, and develop myself in areas that have catered to both my strengths and opportunities. I have worked in a range of different business units and functions, that have helped set me up for success. My drivers outside of the workplace are my wife and two children who always keep a smile on my face. My golf handicap is a constant source of frustration, but I keep striving for the ‘perfect’ round. I love watching the AFL, and could watch cricket all day long. A strong work life balance is important to me.
