Holding a TS/SCI security clearance, I’ve served in strategic leadership roles across the Department of Defense and NATO, as well as in collaboration with federal, state, and local law enforcement. My expertise spans security operations, force protection, training & development, risk management, and operational planning—managing assets valued at over $19B and safeguarding missions involving personnel. As an instructor hand-selected to shape and mentor new Airmen, I bring a people-first leadership style that balances discipline with empathy. I’ve led teams of up to 185 members, revamped security systems, and implemented process improvements that increased operational effectiveness by up to 90%. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Information Technology, supported by numerous technical and leadership certifications.
