About Ridwana Nahrin

Currently, I am pursuing my Masters degree in Public Health at North South University and working as the Assistant Research Coordinator at South Asian Institute for Social Transformation (SAIST). Previously, I worked as Senior Research Assistant at Maternal and Child Health Division in icddr,b. For career choice, my area of interest includes academia. Beside the current exposure to research work, I have developed my leadership and managerial skill by experiencing the Staff Researcher, Administrative Assistant and Nutrition Officer roles as a professional. My skills from working in administration at an educational Institute qualify me for any formal setting with a dimensional exposure to networking, public speaking and communicating. Also, my experience as Nutrition officer at an emergency program gave me hand on experience of working at the root level. Supervising a team and developing plans to smoothen the program endorsed me with leadership, management and public relation skills. Consistency, hard working, multi-tasking and quick learning skills are my strength. I am always thriving for better opportunities to serve my community.
