Well versed with the basics of feed formulations – selection of raw materials, formulations based upon breed standards and balancing of nutrients • Provide formulations based upon bird’s performances, physiological conditions and based on feed intake considering seasonal variations • Have knowledge on amino acid profiling and amino acid balanced ration formulation • Analyze the performance of birds based on the nutrient profile in the feed formula and provide/suggest changes in the feed formula to the customers • Look after feed mill operations, management of feed mill, particles size and mixing, regular CV analysis for the customers • Feed formulations based upon the product Matrix values, monitoring the results and optimizing performance with least cost formulations • Setting-up, calibrating, operating and maintaining a variety of laboratory and/or field research equipment as specified by the requirements of the research study • Post mortem examination, disease diagnosis based on lesions, differential diagnosis and mortality and morbidity patterns • Provide specific treatment in accordance to the diagnosed disease conditions and ensure results with regular follow-up • Provide vaccination schedules as per batches and timely vaccination regimen in cases of outbreaks, wherever applicable • Knowledge in broiler, layer and breeder farm management – chick brooding, growers management, lighting schedule, feeding practices in peak production and management • Application of phase feeding in various farms to ensure the optimum productions • Have practical knowledge about seasonal management- summer and winter. Trainings/organisation of public and farmer meetings • Conduct training sessions for sales team on various topics as a part of education the team on technical grounds on monthly basis. Organising field trails, trail protocols, collection, analysis and interpretation of data for Technical literature publication.
