About Rita Gallen

I am a Business, and Language Coach. Helping my clients with their dilemmas, actual problems, and ongoing projects give me a great satisfaction and joy. I love motivating and inspiring the leaders so that they can find their own solutions and ways in their professional careers. Applying English in the coaching process I help them gain more confidence and competitiveness in the multinational environment. I am a life-long learner: I am always seeking new opportunities to gain up-to-date knowledge to be able to master at the coaching sessions. Before I became a coach I had been teaching English at multinational companies: groups, and individuals, mostly executives for many years. This period had given me a lot of experiences about the way of helping leaders. Besides teaching them English I was also trying to help them find their own solutions for their dilemmas and actual problems. At present I am able to apply all my knowledge and experiences from my teaching period and I can effectively connect these techniques with the methods of coaching. I am passionate about listening to people, letting them be really themselves, and supporting them in the way they actually need it. A part of my mission is supporting women to accept themselves being good enough mothers, partners, work-mates or leaders. Being aware of their vulnerability may give them a lot of power and confidence. For me, coaching is not an occupation, it's a life-style.
