Hi, I’m Dr. Rita Webster — Executive Coach for Women Leaders and Certified Systemic Team Coach. I specialize in repositioning the impact of middle managers through executive coaching, leadership development, and systemic team coaching programs. My Purpose Helping women leaders and their teams make their greatest impact—by growing their confidence, deepening their influence, and leading with intention. What I Do I work with women managers at all levels to help them step fully into their leadership potential, build confidence, increase visibility, and lead with clarity and purpose. Whether they’re preparing for their next role or wanting to increase their impact in their current one, I help women leaders unlock what’s possible. I also coach teams to think more systemically, collaborate more effectively, and deliver results that matter - while building stronger relationships with each other and their key stakeholders. I’ve coached more than 500 leaders and worked with Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams. With a PhD and 25+ years of experience, I bring the tools, wisdom, and insight to help leaders and teams rise.
