Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience of over 18 years of which 14+ years in pharmaceutical sector. • Handling complete portfolio of a company having turnover of approximately Rs. 700 crore consisting Accounts & Finance consisting of Statutory Reporting, Taxation, Costing, Secretarial compliances, Payroll, Banking, Receivables and Payables through team of 35+ members (2 GMs and 1 Manager reporting directly). • Reporting / liaise with promotors and directors of the company and other department heads for smooth business operations of the organisation. • Liaise with internal auditors, SOP auditor statutory auditors for strengthening the processes of the organisation. • Timely completion of financial statements both standalone and consolidated and deliberations with statutory (one of the big 4) and internal auditors • Actively engaged in Ind AS and SAP HANA implementation. • Experienced in integration of equal size company along with developing sustainable accounting policies and procedures, as well as leading a project of consolidated accounts. • Well versed with Ind AS/IFRS and ensuring compliance at all entities – parent and subsidiaries along with preparation of Chart of Accounts under SAP HANA and Accounting Manual (both Ind AS and I GAAP). • Proficient in liaising with big 4 statutory auditors and internal auditors and other regulatory authorities, with skills in providing participative leadership and guidance to pan India teams.
