About River Baird

At ToolingU-SME, I am the lead on a team of instructional content developers and multimedia designers who collectively create and design eLearning classes and other training materials for the manufacturing industry. I have managed multiple development projects, both internal and for large clients, and work closely with my team throughout the content creation process. Additionally, I collaborate on the shape and direction of our products, including projections, project allocations, scoping, and prototyping. In my personal life, I write plays that have been produced by local theatres, including The Manhattan Project Cleveland Lab, Playwrights Local 4181, and Convergence-Continuum. I also have volunteer grant writing experience and have written three successful grant proposals.
