Coaching leaders, transforming talent systems and driving local and global culture change are all examples of Rob's activities. He has two grown up children and two youngsters. He loves the fact his daughter plays the cornet beautifully and his son is a good footballer - both things he wishes he could do well. They all live on the North York Moors.
