About Rob Larson
Rob Larson is the President of RTL Consulting. He currently works with the New York City Leadership Academy and the Wallace Foundation to advance school leadership for equity in Oregon schools. He was the founding and director of the Oregon Leadership Network, the only statewide educational leadership network in the nation that explicitly integrates leadership practice with educational equity. Larson has also has served as the Oregon lead for the Harvard Executive Leadership Program in Oregon, and was director of the Wallace Foundation’s Educational Leadership Network in Oregon which funded the state’s leadership development work for a decade. Prior to coming to Education Northwest, he served as a senior policy aide to Oregon’s Chief State School Officer, and has served in a number of school districts at the school and district level across Oregon. Larson earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lewis & Clark College in 2008.
