About Rob Lippert

Dr. Robert Lippert is a financial economist who has held corporate, consulting and academic positions in the areas of finance and strategy. Through executive education, consultation and executive coaching, Robert assists organizations in developing and executing strategies to achieve sustainable financial success. Robert has been on the faculty of Emory University, Georgia State University, Rutgers University and the University of South Carolina. He has won numerous teaching awards, published extensively, taught and consulted in 50 plus countries and been Key Note Speaker at numerous events across five continents. He currently designs and delivers a variety of Executive Education courses for DukeCE, Emory, UCLA, UNC-Chapel Hill, and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Specific to Executive Education, Robert designs, develops and delivers executive education programs on the topics of strategy, finance and leadership for clients across a variety industry segments. Recent clients include CSX, GE, Genuine Parts Corporation, International Paper, Milliken Corporation, Nissan, Rolls Royce, Sonoco Products, UPS, Arcelor-Mittal, British Petroleum, Chevron, Rio Tinto, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Novartis, Merck, ADP, AON Risk Services, Bank of America, Cincinnati Financial, Farmers Insurance, Merrill Lynch, SunTrust, XL Insurance, Hewlett Packard, IBM, KPMG, PWC, Tyco Industries, CenturyLink, Comcast-NBCU, Enterprise Ireland, Fuji Film, Genpact, Home Depot, Verizon, and the U.S. Navy. Robert held executive positions as CFO and VP of Strategic Planning for a publicly traded holding company. His duties included the acquisition, integration and divestiture of existing businesses; oversee the formulation and implementation of the corporate strategic plan; and interact with Wall Street analysts, investment bankers and investors in the financial community. Dr. Lippert is also an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pareteum Corporation.
