Extensive experience (15+ years) in recruitment, stakeholder management and building and developing high performing teams. Over the past five years I’ve demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing new MSP programs from scratch (150+ external workers), managing existing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs and program management of large contingent workforce programs (1200+ external workers/ multiple countries). Onsite working experience in dynamic international companies like Heineken, Viterra, Atos and Eviden, covering multiple countries and leading onsite teams.
