Has gained the knowledge and experience to find experienced candidates in the disciplines of, but not limited to, Pharma, IT, Finance, Civil, Structural, Reservoir, Drilling, Wireline, and Subsea Engineering, as well as document control, Project and Program Management, regulatory advising, HSE management, procurement, geology and geophysics. Has also completed full lifecycle recruiting by creating service proposals for new candidates, assisting in salary negotiations and the onboarding process as well as interfacing with the travel services, payroll, and benefits departments ensuring the successful transition of the candidates.
