About Robert Kestell

Hi there! I'm Rob - a creative problem-solver with a strong business mindset and analytical skills. I'm currently working at the Department for Work and Pensions with the Commercial team, leading cross-functional strategy efforts to optimise and streamline processes across multiple teams. I previously worked on a contract centralisation project with British Airways, collaborating closely with my team to ensure data accuracy. I have quite a bit of experience with UiPath, which is a core component of this role. I’ve also worked in talent acquisition at AMS, recruiting for Morgan Stanley, and in the operations team at EY in Dublin, where I identified cost-saving opportunities. At Be Independent Home Care, I played a key role in doubling the company’s workforce and maintaining a fantastic onboarding process for all of our staff. Beyond business and analysis, creativity plays a big role in how I approach problem-solving. I have a passion for photography, video, and UX design. I love finding ways to blend creative thinking with structured business strategies. Whether I’m designing mockups in Figma, streamlining workflows, or designing websites, I look for ways to make things both efficient and engaging in my projects.
