Montgomery Consulting Solutions LLC was founded in July 2010. This was after its founder, Bob Montgomery, enjoyed a successful career that spanned over 30 years in senior leadership roles, specializing in the consumer package goods sector. The firm has been retained by over fifteen different companies. Assignments have been extremely diverse in companies, projects and the landscape in which our clients compete. Here is an overview of the projects. BOARD of DIRECTOR ASSIGNMENTS- Started in a consulting role and transitioned to a Board member (Kahiki Foods) Company was sold and my tenure successfully ended - Served on the Board of Directors of Conyers Park, a public traded company on NASDAQ (SPAC)- Continuing to serve as an independent Board Member at Wyman’s of Maine - Currently serving on the Board of Director for The Simply Good Foods Company (SMPL)- Member of two compensation committees PRIVATE EQUITY - Involved in merger and acquisition due diligence work SALES, MARKETING STRATEGIES AND EXECUTION- Sales agency performance and consolidation - Marketing and sales strategic initiatives - Trade spending efficiencies - New product launches - Brand positioning GENERAL MANAGEMENT- Recently completed Interim President role of a $250MM poultry company - Interim General Manager of $200M+ division of a publicly traded company - Organized and led a leading, highly influential Sales and Operational Team - Comanaged a $500MM poultry subsidiary of a large publicly traded company DUE DILIGENCE- Retained by several clients involved in various acquisitions providing research and opinions ENTREPRENEURSHIP- Founded a successful insurance brokerage agency (2010) achieving revenue 0ver $8MM (sold 1/1/20) to my business partners I founded my consulting practice on three principles: 1.
