Results-driven and ambitious engineer and project manager with over 6 years of experience solving engineering and project management problems in new product development, mechanical design, validation testing, prototyping, manufacturing systems and continuous improvement. Experienced in fast paced R&D, clean energy, and automotive sectors and am looking for a dynamic work environment. Major projects include project management and engineering of a new product development process for a novel space coating including directing a team through development, manufacturing process design, and controlling finances. I have implemented engineering product lifecycle management in a small R&D company. I have successfully coordinated 21 fuel cell stack builds in a medium size enterprise as part of design validation stage by using skills as a team player to involve many cross functional teams and promote and align departments on common goals. I have also conducted many smaller mechanical and manufacturing projects including upgrading production vacuum and coating deposition equipment and a number of design and development work packages as part of first generation 5 kW solid oxide fuel cells.
