In I was asked to do my first Business Dining Etiquette presentation. After the event a high ranking administrator approached me and said,"Robert, I attended one of these dinners as an undergraduate and left more intimidated by the topic than when I arrived. With you it was different. You made this enjoyable and fun. I now want to learn more and add this to my career success skill inventory." From that moment on, I knew I had found my calling. I have been an etiquette educator and presenter since then. My presentations focus on business dining, workplace, networking, and communications etiquette. In addition I have authored three books."Shine While You Dine" is a concise and comprehensive guide to business dining etiquette."The Fundamentals of Business Etiquette" is a series of eight recorded lectures offered through the Modern Scholars series."On Your Best Behavior: The Fundamentals of Etiquette" is another Modern Scholars offering, consisting of eight lectures focused upon everyday etiquette I am also an adjunct professor of public speaking, at the Binghamton University Graduate School of Management and at SUNY Broome. My goal is simple: to remind the world that Manners Matter and Courtesy Counts, because they let "you shine through".
