WHAT I DO: I help dental providers and their teams do more, in less time, with less stress by providing customized coaching and consulting. WHO DO I WORK WITH: I partner with dentists and dental practice owners to help them solve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and negative team dynamics and get their practice unstuck, growing and working smarter not harder. SERVICES I PROVIDE: As a Dental Success Coach, I help dental practice owners and their teams by providing: • OWNERSHIP: To help you create change • FACILITATION: To provide tools and training that teach you and your team “the hidden game of dentistry” • ALIGNMENT: To get you “unstuck” from your “plateaued practice” and reach the next level HOW IT WORKS: I don’t believe in a “one size fits all approach”. My firm and I take the long road to listen, analyze, benchmark, observe, build trusting relationships with owners and team members to customize their training and coaching and ensure commitment to change. We help leaders and their teams get really clear on what is needed now and what is needed next to take their practice to higher levels of performance and profits. We then act as a coach to facilitate and hold the team and leaders accountable to those goals. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: Dentistry found me 14 years ago after having served as a hospital and surgical center CEO and then consulting in medicine. I have found my gift to the world is building high-performance teams using high delivery systems. Dental practices are the perfect place to make that happen – and the impact of this is life-changing. This passion has allowed me to work with practices from Boston to Portland, to now be one of two non-clinical faculty members for Dr. Gordon Christensen at his facility in Provo, Utah. It also led me to author a book,"FLIP YOUR FOCUS".
