I enjoy the challenges of aligning large-scale goals with ground-level needs, working to ensure that each decision contributes to a bigger picture of readiness and precision. In fleet management, especially with global operations involving Armoured Vehicles, I’ve found a meaningful purpose in creating processes that serve missions reliably and predictably. My work in operations and logistics has highlighted the importance of both meticulous planning and flexible adaptation. Working with Global Affairs Canada, I had the opportunity to streamline programs by leveraging logistics planning and collaborative approaches that advance broader organizational goals. Each success has underscored the value of working with diverse teams and problem-solving with a focus on practical results rather than over-complicating processes. This experience has also reinforced the value of operational readiness, which I see as the foundation of a safe, effective program. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in building LEGO sets, where my love for structure and creativity finds a hands-on challenge. Constructing models from the Ultimate Collector Series demands patience, spatial awareness, and an understanding of how individual parts connect to form something greater—skills I apply daily in fleet and operations management.
