About Robert Tunmore

With over five years at Cavell, I have dedicated myself to leading external relations with a deep-seated commitment to supporting nurses and midwives during times of hardship. My role has allowed me to strengthen community ties and create meaningful support networks. The Cavell Star Awards and our 'Working with' membership programme exemplify our mission to uplift those dedicated to caring for others. Concurrently, as a Senior Lecturer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to educating the next generation of mental health and learning disability nurses at London South Bank University. My expertise in diversity and inclusion enriches the learning environment, ensuring that future healthcare professionals are equipped with the skills and understanding necessary to provide inclusive care. Through collaboration with colleagues and students, we foster a culture of empathy and compassion in healthcare education.
