About Roberta Borriello

Hi! I am a Senior Research Associate at Ampersand Biomedicines ‘Pilsen Team, formerly AbCheck, specializing in antibody production, with almost 4 years of experience in this field. My approach is characterized by adaptability and a friendly disposition, enabling me to integrate into diverse environments and teams. The continuous pursuit of growth and knowledge led me to explore various biology fields, including molecular, cellular, and epigenetic biology, during my internships in Italy and Norway and throughout my master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Udine. In my current role at AbCheck, based in the Czech Republic, I am gaining hands-on experience in mammalian cell cultures, transfection, stable cell line generation and flow cytometry. I am also developing proficiency in antibody production in mammalian systems, mononuclear cell isolation, and various molecular biology techniques. My professional aspiration is to thrive in stimulating environments where I can explore new avenues, contribute to innovative technologies, and continually enhance my skills.
