I led structural cost reset programs, footprint optimization initiatives and capital allocation governance across several plants, ensuring alignment between operations, finance and strategic objectives.One of the most significant experiences was leading a €140 million structural cost reduction program across a multi-plant industrial network, including the closure of three facilities and production reallocation.
