My specialization lies in guiding companies and brands to develop and implement effective customer journeys, brand experiences and sales programmes. I believe that the combination of a motivated and inspired team, cutting-edge technology, and a daring attitude towards challenging the conventional are key to securing and expanding market share. My journey began in the fashion industry, where I gained valuable insights and experience at Strenesse and Adidas during my educational phase, laying a solid foundation for my understanding of brand dynamics and consumer engagement. Following this, I devoted fifteen years to various significant roles in sales and business development across leading shopper marketing and live experience agencies in Germany and France. In 2019, I embraced a pivotal shift towards the digital customer experience landscape by joining Concentrix + Webhelp, a leader in the CX BPO sector. My professional capabilities extend beyond sales and business development, covering executive management, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, digitalization, and technology innovation.
