Adept at scaling-up SOFC and PEM coating manufacturing process, transferring products into manufacturing environment. Played an integral role as R&D ink specialist to develop functional inks for solid oxide fuel cells; identifying key materials and producing inks for sequential deposition to form fuel cell layered devices. Developed characterisation tests for ink system using rheology/particle size distribution/wettability to match an ink to its deposition stage and performance. Experience working with Chinese engineers on fuel cell projects.
