Robin Scott is the Founder of Segment HR LLC (SHR), the fastest-growing Government Services provider in the U.S, catering to federal customers. With the founding of SHR in February 2018, Robin embarked on a journey marked by remarkable growth and achievements. In recognition of her contributions, Robin was honored to be included in Inc. Magazine's prestigious Top 200 Female Founders list in the April 2023 issue, securing an impressive ranking at #187. This accolade acknowledges her role in founding SHR and fostering its rapid growth and triumph, all while championing fairness and equal opportunities for veterans. Under Robin's strategic guidance, SHR has evolved into a multi-state enterprise, garnering a top 50 spot in the Inc. Robin's journey in the field of human resources began before SHR, as she amassed experience across different facets of HR. In 2005, she commenced her career as an HR Customer Service Representative at Hewitt Associates (now Aon), a renowned global HR outsourcing firm, which laid the groundwork for SHR's future business model. Subsequently, Robin embraced her first federal HR appointment in 2009, paving the way for a successful decade-long tenure as a federal HR Specialist. Additionally, Robin spent a year as an HR Consultant for a 1200+ staffed Call Center at Verizon Wireless, a global wireless enterprise. Throughout her career, Robin has honed her expertise across diverse disciplines and sectors of HR, encompassing Employee and Labor Relations, Staffing, Recruitment, Classification, and Benefits. Her comprehensive skill set and unwavering dedication have propelled SHR to new heights of excellence in supporting federal clients. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Robin is also a United States Army Reserves Veteran, exemplifying her commitment to service.
