I am an experienced professional who delivers over 20 years of expertise in the government, international non-governmental organizations and the non-profit sector. In my most recent position with USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, I was responsible for the oversight and full life-cycle contract management of 40+ organizations across South America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru) worth over $300 million annually in emergency humanitarian assistance related to natural and man-made disasters. Skills: Current Agreement/Contracting Officer Representative (Level II AOR/COR) certification from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and Federal Acquisitions Institute (FAI). Full life-cycle (cradle to the grave) contract and award management including budget and spending analysis, compliance, pre/post award management and experience interpreting federal regulations including the FAM, FAR, FAR and ADS. Experience providing high-level and working level representation to both domestic and foreign government officials, non-profit boards and directors and non-government organizational leadership to make recommendations for policy decisions based on country specific contextual knowledge.
