I had worked as well as a NOC with an email hosting firm for almost 2 years. • Twenty (20) years experience in Information Technology with extensive experience on the design, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). 7 years support on 3Com, 2 years on Nortel Enterprise Network solutions, and 8 years on Cisco networking. • Customer service oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Has a good management skill, handling major accounts and specializing on customers’ network system integration projects. • Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA. • Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP (Routing and Switching). • CCDP Certification in progress. • Has good understanding on TCP/IP protocol suite and the OSI model. • Has the ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently. • Has strong analytical and problem solving skill, with the ability to create and implement innovative solutions and has good documentation skills.
