I am a results-driven Public Health Professional with over six years of experience in leading HIV/AIDS intervention programs. My work impacts over individuals receiving ART treatment across 157 facilities in Zambia’s Northern Province. As the Provincial HTS Coordinator for USAID's Action To HIV Epidemic Control Project, I oversee a team of 300, ensuring high-quality healthcare services and optimizing treatment outcomes. What drives me is the opportunity to make a real impact on community health. I thrive in collaborative environments, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals. My passion extends to supporting underprivileged communities, especially adolescents, to mitigate sexual, reproductive, and mental health risks. My Key Achievements: Elevated the index elicitation ratio from 1:1 to 1:3, significantly improving partner notification and linkage to care. Achieved a 70% improvement in documentation quality through targeted capacity-building sessions. Consistently surpassed performance indicators, leading my district to top performance out of 12. Outside of work, I am passionate about supporting underprivileged communities and adolescents, focusing on reducing vulnerability to sexual, reproductive, and mental health risks. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, maintaining physical fitness through daily running, and playing football.
