This is a snapshot of the skills and experiences I have: • Technical expertise in computer programming: Guided by an innate curiosity, I have quickly mastered complex codebases, wrote effective code, and resolved bugs to support the software development of the projects I have been involved with. My main motivation is to continue delivering high-performance, responsive solutions, whether in Agile or Kanban environments. I have built strong programming skills in Java, C#, and PHP, along with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. My technical toolkit also includes proficiency in frameworks like React.JS and Node.JS, as well as web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Learning agility and adaptability: My successful transition from Electrical and Electronics Engineering into the role of software developer is a testament to my ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. In this particular example, I relied on my strong logical thinking and numerical reasoning skills for success. As a developer, I have gained hands-on experience through three projects:(1) an inventory control application to reduce costs and facilitate system integration;(2) an innovative online meal plan application aimed at reducing food waste for a nonprofit; and (3) the overhaul of a hospitality platform to simplify and optimize hostel management. • Analytical capabilities coupled with innate persistence and communication skills: My approach to problem-solving is methodical, enabling me to identify the root causes of issues, break complex tasks into manageable pieces, and find practical solutions. Also, I communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members – a skill I developed when working in technical sales earlier in my career. This ability continues to be invaluable in my current role as a software developer as it facilitates collaboration across business functions.
