Specialising in property leasing, licensing, sales, acquisitions and valuation advice, I have worked with clients for over 25 years with a swift provision of pragmatic advice, an efficient turnaround time of transactions and a client focused cost-effective service. I work with clients Australia-wide, specialising in- Leasing and Licensing for: o Telecommunication sites o Retail premises o Commercial and industrial premises - Commercial property acquisitions and sales - Legal advice for property valuations I act for- Telecommunications carriers - Lessors / Landlords of metro, urban and regional shopping centres, industrial buildings and office buildings- Lessees / Tenants of commercial buildings- Developers, investors, purchasers and vendors (local and foreign) of commercial property. I have worked with Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Ltd for 12 years, providing legal advice on telecommunications law and reviewing, negotiating and finalising leases and licences for over sites throughout Australia. Valuation is also an area of special interest. I provide advice to property valuers when expert legal opinion is required on a valuation. I am also a provider of training for valuers who wish to obtain accreditation as specialist retail valuers. I am on the board with the Small Business Commissioner to formally approve admission of valuers as specialist retail valuers. I was admitted as a Fellow of the API in 2009 in recognition of the work undertaken with the Australian Property Institute in providing legal training to valuers. I continue to work with the API providing advice to its members and sending a monthly update on valuation issues.
