Engineering Manager with 5.5+ years of experience building and scaling revenue-critical products, frontend platforms, and high-impact engineering teams at global SaaS companies.I currently lead engineering for Distributed Social Suite at Sprinklr, a customer-facing product generating multi-million-dollar ARR, where I own delivery, reliability, and execution for a lite client application built on top of Sprinklr’s enterprise platform. I work closely with product and cross-functional teams to balance reuse of enterprise capabilities with custom workflows for specific customer segments.Over the last year, I’ve been deeply involved in platform-level architecture initiatives, including leading the decomposition of Sprinklr’s frontend monolith into a microfrontend architecture using Webpack Module Federation. My scope includes build and deployment infrastructure, runtime versioning, Next.js compatibility, and backend discovery services — enabling teams to ship features outside quarterly release cycles while improving build performance and runtime efficiency.I also own release readiness and deployment reliability for frontend systems. I designed and built automated readiness checks and dashboards that proactively detect configuration and CDN issues before runtime impact, significantly reducing release risk and improving production confidence.As a people leader, I currently manage a team of 4 engineers, scaled the team from 2 → 4 over the last year, and helped promote 2 engineers from SDE-1 to SDE-2. I’m actively involved in hiring, mentoring, and creating an environment where engineers grow into strong owners and leaders.Before my EM role, I worked as a senior IC across frontend and full-stack systems:At Sprinklr, I led major Next.js migrations, localization infrastructure, and UI systems used across enterprise and distributed products.At Uber (AdTech), I worked as a full-stack engineer building real-time simulators, Kafka-based workflows, and partner integrations using Go and React.I care deeply about clarity, ownership, and sustainable execution — building systems and teams that scale without burning people out.
