18+ years as a 2 and 3 wheeled (since 2004) instructor and mentor. Experienced in various curricula (MSF, S/TEP, SkidBike, custom) teaching, updating and writing. Have trained instructors and students from complete novices to experienced riders. In-depth knowledge of motorcycle (2 and 3 wheeled) dynamics, extensive classroom theory and implementation (rote learning through adult learning techniques), and extensive hands-on experience with riders and instructors.
