About Romee Rikkert

As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology & Development Sociology and a Master’s in Culture, Organization & Management, I am passionate about understanding social dynamics and cultural contexts. With a strong foundation in anthropological (qualitative) research methods and a focus on organizational behavior, I have developed skills in qualitative analysis, organizational culture and development, project management, D&I, cultural sensitivity, and cross-cultural communication. I am eager to continue leveraging my expertise to address complex social issues and contribute to meaningful change in organizations and communities. My experience spans various projects, including environmental awareness, organizational change, policy advisory work, racial equality, and workplace inclusivity, where I applied anthropological perspectives to foster sustainability and social justice. I apply my knowledge and skills in diverse settings, including research, community development, and organizational consulting, and am always looking for ways to create lasting impact through my work.
