QUALIFICATIONS:* Licensed Architect (Illinois). Comprehensive experience with strong technical background in all phases of design and project delivery across a broad range of project types including retail, medical, higher education & mission critical facilities, high-rise office buildings, corporate headquarters, hotels, resorts & spas, banks, parking garages, high density residential, mid-rise & mixed-use developments, entertainment and specialty zoo / exhibit design; additional experience with smaller intricate tenant build-outs, alterations and high end interiors.* Skilled in project management, with successful on time & on budget completion of numerous architecturally significant structures; proven ability to secure and maintain satisfied, repeat clients. Strive to use a collaborative Integrated Project Delivery model where ever possible to reduce physical and personnel conflicts throughout a project.* Conduct detailed program & building code reviews, site/space analysis, planning/design, and team work plans, including document preparation, specifications, extensive physical coordination of engineering disciplines, interiors and landscape design.* Perform all construction administration activities including monitor of budgets, schedules,submittals; responses to RFIs; conduct field observation, certify pay requests, issue change orders and perform project close-out.
