About Ron Ross

Experiences as a principal, vice principal, teacher, coach, athletic director, day care supervisor, and guidance counselor. Developed two summer school programs and co-developed a full junior high program. Published newsletters, refurbished two computer labs, and led significant fund-raising events. Researched and wrote theoretical basis for integration of service-learning as Christian school accreditation project. Hired and evaluated employees, led staff meetings and presented in-service training. Wrote curriculum guides, discipline plans, client sensitive form letters as well as a faculty manual, Volunteer editor for Summit Ministry’s Lightbearers curriculum. Specialties: • Integrity speaks of congruity or wholeness of character. Integrity is something one must continually grow in by practicing it in the small decisions so that it is a natural course of action. • Developing a clear vision out of one’s purposes. The key to succeeding in this endeavor is drawing people into the process to contribute in meaningful ways. • Servant leadership has at its heart ministry to the whole person - caring about people’s spiritual, personal, and professional lives.
