As a Production & Technical Leader, I have a passion for enhancing live experiences through cutting-edge technology, innovative content creation, and strategic problem-solving. With a background in both church production and freelance media, I specialize in optimizing technical workflows, leading large - scale production events, and mentoring teams to execute high-quality services and digital content. In addition to my role at Covenant Love Church, I also work as a technical director for a Nurse Anesthesia mentorship program promoting diversity. I create on-demand educational video content for students and potential students, providing insight into the Nurse Anesthesia profession. I provide technical support for virtual and in-person information sessions, capture photo and video coverage, and manage content creation for social media platforms. I leverage my skills in both photo and video production to produce high-quality media content that attracts and educates potential participants.
