o Provide the General Contractor the coordination support of the equipment utilities and installation of all foodservice equipment. o Attend project site coordination meetings, as required, with the representatives of all the trade contractors. o Review design documents for potential inconsistencies that could impact the success of the project. o Coordinate the design drawings and equipment specifications with actual site conditions. o Track shipping and receiving of all the foodservice equipment required. o Coordinate all equipment start ups. o Coordinate any training required for the owner’s staff. o Coordinate and provide all project documentation including: o Utility Rough-in Drawings o Equipment Submittal Book o Custom Fabricated Equipment Shop Drawings o Requests For Interpretation (RFI) o Provide Construction Sketches (as required) o Provide Equipment Operating Manuals Specialties: Singer Equipment is a consultant friendly installer that works with the designers to provide a successful project.
